CLASS INFORMATION:
Our Recreational Gymnastics programme follows the British Gymnastics RISE Explore & Excel pathway and is designed for gymnasts aged 5 years and over, from beginners through to more experienced recreational athletes. The Explore stage provides fun, progressive and engaging sessions where gymnasts develop core skills, strength, coordination and confidence across a range of floor and apparatus activities.
As gymnasts progress into the Excel stage, they are supported to refine and extend their skills further, with opportunities to build higher-level technique, creativity, and performance quality. The RISE programme offers a structured award scheme across both stages, allowing every gymnast to progress at their own pace, celebrate achievements, and continue developing in a positive and motivating environment.
