CLASS INFORMATION:
Our Pre-School Gymnastics classes follow the British Gymnastics RISE Discover programme and are designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years. These fun, play-based sessions allow children to explore movement at their own pace while developing core skills such as balance, coordination, jumping, and spatial awareness. Through imaginative activities and structured circuits, children build confidence, creativity, and a love of physical activity in a safe and supportive environment.
Led by qualified coaches, each class encourages learning through play while also supporting social development such as listening, sharing, and taking turns. As part of the RISE Discover award scheme, children are celebrated for their progress, helping to build pride and confidence as they develop essential gymnastics foundations.
